Returns & Exchanges
If your order is not as expected, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Items need to be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery and must be unworn and in their original box to qualify for a refund or exchange. Return shipping fees will apply. If you’re ordering a gift and need an extension on our policy, please contact us. All orders placed between November 25 - December 25 will automatically receive a return and exchange date of January 15.
We do our best to make sure that each piece we send out reflects our high standards. Please keep in mind that we work with natural stones and materials which can contain slight variations in size, clarity and inclusions.
We are happy to complimentary repair, if needed, any On Holiday piece within the first year of ownership. Please contact us and include a picture of the item and short description of the location of repair requested before shipping it to us as you will need an approval code and specific shipping label. Our quality department will make the final determination if the repair is needed due to a craftsmanship issue. If it is determined that the repair is needed due to a craftsmanship issue, the repair will be done free of charge within one year of purchase date. All other repairs will be done for a minimal fee, which will be provided upfront using the picture provided and description submitted when you contact us.
